fix -datadir=./subdir relative path,

autostart off by default except on windows,
fix occasional "vector iterator not dereferencable" assertion with msvc,
fix readlink compile warning on linux build,
use sys/param.h and BSD define instead of __BSD__,
-paytxfee switch
